Our Journey in Search of Autumn

Image
With Pepper, some light packing, camera supplies and a Mustang... we started our little one 2 days one night trip to the Mammoth... It was 3am I started driving (to avoid day traffic) I must admit this is one heck of a Drowsy driving... First stop in the city Bishop, you can begin to see some signs of Autumn with trees turning yellow and orange... then this cute little European style bakery Erick Schal's Bakery caught my attention, it's hard to miss on the way...then I found out inside really is not that "little", they have so many variety of bread you could choose from, it feels like you were taking a tour into a baking factory, fresh breads were stack everywhere, and its all about the "Decision" time.  Then I arrived at my hotel, the worst motel experience I ever had, that he said the check in time is 3pm, which was extremely odd, most hotel check in time are @12PM, so I went to Yosemite  For more photos of the trip, please visit Instagram Won

On our journey in search of The Milky Way

Image
There are no other places that have the darkest and best locations getting a glimpse of The Milk Way like Joshua National Park. It was such a coincidence that I had the "Spurt of the Moment" kind of thoughts on Thursday, without knowingly it was also the first day of the American National Celebration holiday that all entrance to national parks in the nation will be free. Wohoo, it means that I must go no matter what. So here are you eye candy of The Milky Way, Unfortunately, the photos came out blurry because part of my tripod that secures my camera was actually missing....  :(

123 Lavender Farm

Image
I can't yet afford traveling to France soon enough to view the spectacular Lavender field. At least, there is something soon available to my closes distance right here in Southern California. It's no where close to home with a 90 minutes driving from LA to Cherry Valley to the very eastern of San Bernardino. Yet, it's the most economical way than flying 3000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean. It's a hot hot summer day that put hesitation before heading to 123 Farm. It is like 115 Farenheit ! Yikes. I still want to visit the festival that is held annually there. To my expectation, lots Lavender theme goodies, pastries and home goodies. It is the last day of the festival so not quite many people there, which is good! Took quiet a few shots then headed home. That's like a 3 hours time I stayed there.
